With over 10 years of experience working in the Youth and Education sectors, Jess has developed specialised knowledge of working with young people in a variety of contexts including youth work, schools, outdoor adventure therapy, and out-of-home care systems. With qualifications in Education and Community Services, Jess has worked as a Youth Worker with newly arrived migrants and refugees and has held Management and Leadership positions in Victorian NFP Youth Organisations.
Jess is currently a Senior Project Officer at the Centre For Multicultural Youth, delivering Victorian and statewide programs.
